In February 2007 my wife offered to buy me a new bike as a 'motivator' to get me going again after a slow year. We needed to go to Fremantle for an appointment and called in to Fleet Cycles while there. I was only planning to look but ... a couple of hours later I walked out of the shop with a brand new bike.

The 2006 Giant OCR Zero is one of their "Comfort" road bike series. It has a Aluminium Frame (main triangle) with Composite rear end (seat & chain stays), forks and seat post. The Gearing is full Shimano Ultegra (10 spead) and the wheels are Shimano 550.

It's a very nice, a comfortable ride... and perfect for my old body!

Update, 04/2008: Unfortunately, due to injury (nothing to do with this bike), I have not ridden much in the past year. I do hope to get back on it again this year.

I have just added a set of photos. The bike was a little dusty because it has been in storage, but most of the photos came out looking ok. This bike is completely original except for the Cycle computer and the bottle/holder (but even that is a 'Giant' branded item.

Note: If you would like copies of the original high res (up to 3008 X 2000) images, let me know and I will make them available.
