A 'Weight' off my mind...

Things have not been 'easy' around here lately.

Between having a fall back in November and loosing my dog in February, (besides some other 'personal' stuff)..., lets just say its been interesting!

Anyway, a few weeks ago I decided it was time to make a change and 'get back on my bike' in a manner of speaking. I made some small changes to my daily habits (less food!) and started to make plans to get back on track.

Yesterday, my wife and I went for an ~8km bike ride and I followed that up with a 30 min 'program' on our treadmill. It required a bit of effort but the workout felt good... and last night I slept like a baby!

This morning, I stood on the scales and, to my surprise, I had actually lost over a Kilo in just a couple of days....

It feels good to be active again and as such, its a "weight off my mind"!
